Little Brown Jug Estate Sales has always been a family-owned business. Kay started working in the estate sale business in 1992. After experiencing the devastating loss of one of her children, she formed Little Brown Jug in 2001. Kay knew firsthand the difficulty of going through a loved one’s belongings and made it her mission to help others through their emotional time. In 2019, Kay’s daughter Gail took the reins of Little Brown Jug and expanded their reach to service St. Louis and surrounding counties.
At Little Brown Jug we know that the belongings in a house are not just things, but rather memories and cherished by someone. We take that into account and are sensitive when going through boxes and moving items. It’s always been about helping others and Kay’s vision remains true to this day.
